Shipping
All orders will be shipped as soon as possible (normally within 7 working days) subject to product availability and credit clearance. We will notify you by email if there are any problems, or in the unlikely event of any item being unavailable.
Returns and Exchanges
You can return any item (except those specifically stated as non returnable), for any reason within 14 days, providing the product has not been used and is complete with all original packaging and labels intact. We will exchange your order, raise a Credit Note or refund your money as required.

Please enclose your receipt, your contact details and the reason for the return.
Always remember to ask for a proof of postage certificate from your post office when returning goods, just in case the package fails to reach us. Proof of delivery is not proof of goods received.
